Open Mat Class

Open Mat Class is held on Monday & Wednesday at 4:45pm.

It is a 45 minute class based the classical Pilates mat exercises and may include the use of arm weights or the magic circle. This is open to all experience levels.

All sales are final and must be used within 1 year from date of purchase. Any change or cancellation less than 6 hours before a scheduled class is subject to a change/cancellation fee of at least 50%.
